Awakenings in Real Life is such a powerful and grounded space for real, meaningful topics. The depth, authenticity, and heart behind each episode truly sets it apart. There’s a beautiful balance between spiritual insight and practical wisdom that makes every episode both expansive and relatable.

Dan Cohen writes a captivating can’t put it down book, ostensibly about his father’s awakening from dementia. This a compelling, uplifting and truly wonderful story. But it only scratches the surface. It’s truly for all of us who need awakenings in their life on so many things. But ultimately it’s about love and perspective. Knowing what’s important and what’s not and awakening so you can tell the difference.

Watching a couple episodes made me think about my own awakening. What a cool concept.

This has become one of my favorite podcasts. The guests all openly share really unique, intelligent and personal stories. They each have overcome something (or somethings) that are very personal and human and share a unique approach to how these life experiences led them to their own awakenings.Dan asks great questions too.
